Re: No Subject

I've been checking tis site out for a couple of weeks and have found
interesting things on it. This is my first time to write back. We live in
Maryland and I've been involved in various habitat restorations for over 10
years. Tree plantings (15 acres in 1990) stream stabalization and erosion
control... This spring I'm planting 10 acres or more of warm season grasses
(maybe that should be how you classify what you're thinking) I have saved
seed of and will plant butterfly bush and black eyed susan along with the
native grass seed. I was recently told that these native warm season
bunching grasses were all but extinct until some were discovered in a
railroad yard in Chicago not too long ago.. Any one have any advice for me,
in zone 6+. I'll round up the hay fields and then drill the seed into the
hopefully dead orchard grass and timothy fields.. Thanks
