I'm glad that you said this.  I would like to clarify to all of you
that I'm not berating anybody for not being active -- I really do
understand and don't expect everyone to continually post messages.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with sitting back and listening!

I do feel that anything that you wish to add is just as important to
the list as what "the experts" might have to say.  Experts won't ask
as many questions, so the less informed postings are actually what keep
things moving.

I'm not sure how others feel about this, but I don't expect the list to
be a constant stream of professional information -- it's more of a forum
between novices and experts with a goal of providing information.

I fully respect your wish to stay behind the scenes for a while -- I guess
my biggest worry is that people will be afraid to participate because of
their skill level (as opposed to being because they don't know the answer).

Anyhow, I'm glad to have you here.  I hope that we provide what you're 
looking for!
