This is a great idea. Involving them economically is a great way to give
them a vested interest in the project. However, there would have to be
a good amount of training because of the huge culture shock for them...
can you imagine a farmer waiting 5 years for his crop to germinate? or
accepting the huge crop of weeds during the first years after a planting?
