Hi,
good idea, especially if voluntary. Too many pretty plants cause too
much damage. Besides, this will help us 'discover' many of the native
species that nurseries have shunned for too long. I only hope that
people don;t go overboard and start banning all exotic plants, pests or
otherwise. We should be getting to the point where we can, at least
with some degree of certainty, predict whether a plant might have
invasive tendencies before introducing it.
