Conservation Buyer Needed


Friends, another opportunity.   One of the largest Texas Blackland
Austin Chalk prairies is going on the market.  This 40 acre remnant is
dominated by big and little blue with a variety of legumes and
midgrasses.  The tract is of great natural historic importance, however,
the land is quite expensive.  Though I do not know the appraised value,
it will likely run between 25 and 50k per acre.  Some possibility here
in doing a  "sensitive" low density, high end development with a prairie
commons.   Any suggestions?
