Seriously...I would spray it with Roundup. If that does not kill it then
cut the trucks and treat it with another type of brush killer. Roundup is
a non-selective, contact herbicide and systemic; therefore, don't spray it
on anything you want to save. You can also cut the trucks and treat them
with a 20% solution of Roundup.
