forum for prairie organization leadership to meet?

Hello,

The announcement about the 17th North American Prairie Conference is
circulating. If you want to receive registration materials for the July
17-20 biennial North American Prairie Conference when they are ready, please
send an e-mail to Carol Schutte in Mason City, Iowa: 
schutcar@niacc.cc.ia.us.  Also, let her know if you want vendor information.

I have e-mailed her asking if the conference can provide a mechanism for
representatives of the various prairie organizations to meet and share ideas
and information.  Those of you who work with prairie groups, what do you
think? Are you willing?  How might we do this?  A panel discussion with 5
minute reports from each group that requests time?  An evening meeting
squeezed in between other activities?  Arriving earlier in the afternoon
before the evening activities on the first day?
