Insect Biodiversity on the Prairie - Lincoln, NE, April 16-17

The Insect Biodiversity meeting is shaping up to be a very good one. They
will have several invited speakers including Steve Buchman (Pollinators in
Peril: Protecting the Birds and the Bees), Rod Hanley (Ecological Niche
Modeling for the West Nile Virus), Roy J. Beckemeyer (Dragonfly and
Damselfly Biogeography, Diversity, and Conservation), Svata Louda (Effects
of Introduced/Exotic Species on Native Species of Insects), Leon Higley and
William Allgeier (Tiger, Tiger Burning Dim: Extinction and the Salt Creek
Tiger Beetle), and Jan Weaver (Diversity Patterns in Space and Time across a
Forested Landscape).
