You can check out the the site where the prairie mailing group is
maintained along with a bunch of other horticulturally oriented mailing
groups at:
http://www.mallorn.com
and then you could navigate your way through the site and find the
archives for all the postings to to prairie mailing list. I don't know of
any other mailing lists for the topics you mentioned, but I have never
made a serious search of the web for them either.
