Prairie people in the Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky area may want to
check out the 19th Ohio Prairie Conference to be held at the 
Aullwood
Audubon Center at Dayton. The event is 18, 19, and 20 August at 
the
Center and features a comprehensive agenda of presentations and 
field
trips. The event is for both prairie experts and those who wish to
know more about them, especially their use in landscaping and
landscape management. For more information, check out the

below. The Ohio Prairie Association is a new organization that will
oversee the annual Ohio Prairie Conference, and hopes to bring
prairies and their flora to the same high level of recognition as
wetlands.
