Farm Bill/prairie stories

If any subscribers to this list have interesting first-hand stories/examples 
of how various aspects of the current Farm Bill (commodity programs, CRP 
rules, etc.)  have led to the damage or destruction of native prairie 
remnants, and would be willing to (possibly) share those stories with a
