Putting in CRP 25

Hi, I am new here and to this type of venture.
I bought 9 acres. 5+ acres is going to go into CRP 25 this fall(?)
and 2+ acres will be going into hardwood trees (spring?) (1 acre is house and 1/2
is drainage.
It is in soybeans this year as it was last year. Corn before that.
Farmer leasing practices no till.
Any tips for making sure this is a success?
