Re: mulch warning - exotic termites

Well, that is disgusting.  I thought I need not check for it being a  
hoax with it seeming to come from the NPS.  Also, it certainly made  
sense that such a thing would be happening.  Thank you for letting us  
know.

OK, here's the update.  Just spoke directly with Mr. Briscoe with  
National Park Service who originally sent that email out to 5 fellow  
staffers.  A Louisiana Agriculture agency has placed a ban on any  
shipments of mulch out of state until a sterilization process can be  
demonstrated.  The rest is history.
