I would definitely get in touch with the Nature Conservancy Group
(http://nature.org/aboutus/). Back in 79(?) they purchased Gibson Woods
at a railroad bargain sale. They resold it to the Lake County Parks and
Recreation Department in 1980. If it was not for the TNC, the nature
center would not be there today, and one of the last of the ridge and
swale topography would have been lost.
