Reflective gardens, a new nursery in Poulsbo, Wa. has 14 varities of
gentian including nice plants of Gentian verna and Gentian macaulayi
"Praecox". Natures garden has 4 kinds of Gentiana acaulis. I have
Gentiana triflora, paradoxa and septemfida "Blauer Harold". Nobody has
Gentiana puberulenta, I guess. A good source of seed is Jelleto in
Germany. They have pre-stratified seed. Expensive but you get such
incredable germination it is cheap. For example, I got 25 dozen Primula
rosea transplants from a $14.00 packet. If they would only add
puberulenta to the list! Their minimum order is high, something like
$80.00 Gentianella eed is not difficult to get from seed exchanges.
