Famous Nebraskans

The Sunday Omaha World Herald printed a special insert on the 100
extraordinary people of Nebraska. Mostly politicians, actors and writers.
Of interest to me were Dr Charles Edwin Bessey botanist who Bessey Hall at
Iowa State University is name after and John E. Weaver father of prairie
ecology as the paper called him. 
John was born in Villisca Iowa in 1884.
