Fertilizer & prairie plantings

Cindy- I read over the recommendations, and do not believe these
regulations are all that bad since the amounts of fertilizer required are
quite low about what is left from crop of soybeans.  I doubt that the
nitrogen required would cause a problem and for the most part it does not
say it needs to be applied on land that was
previously cropped. 

It still may not be necessary, but it appears to me that most situations
would be exempt from the recommendation anyway.
