Introduction

Hello my name David Sullivan , I live in Potosi, Wisconsin 
We have a 600 acre ranch that we are slowly restoring to native prairie
This year we have planted 10 acres of switchgrass and 10 acres of
wildflowers. In 1999 we will put 47 acres into native grasses and forbs under
the
CRP program and in 1998 we plant addittional 10-30 acres of native plants.
We also have a herd of 41 plains bison to round out our efforts. Our goal is to
be
totally native grass forage based bison ranch with 200 or more acres in
prairie.
200 acres in a prairie orchard, and 200 acres in wildlife habit /wooded area.

Anybody have experience in planting switchgrass or bluestem????
And is there an archive of previous posts????
