I haven't seen any wallpaper murals, but I have seen a very good painted
prairie mural at the International Crane Foundation (
http://www.baraboo.com/bus/icf/whowhat.htm ) that depicts the Baraboo Hills
in Sawk County, Wisconsin prior to settlement. It was based on a painting
that is fairly large (4 X 6 feet, I would guess). In September, I was
fortunate enough to view the original at the Prairie Jubilee sponsored by
the Madison Audubon Society.
I know that Vicki Ranney, developer of Prairie Crossing in Grayslake, IL (
http://www.prairiecrossing.com ), looked very hard to find a wallpaper that
depicted wildflowers of the midwest, but met with very little success. She
is still looking.

If anyone has seen wallpaper murals that are prairie 'pictures', natural
outdoor scences, etc. I would appreciate any info available. Please no
white tail deer or 'manicured' flower gardens...thanks
