I imagine what you want to make is a jam or a
preserve since these use the whole fruit, not just the
juice. I would get a book on this or search on line
for a recipe. They are easy and fun to make. And
the whole house smells wonderful, too. Pick a fruit's
recipe that is similar in appearance and consistency
and give it a shot.
