Yellowstone website alternative

Dear Prairie Folk,

I've just tried the website I gave for the Yellowstone bison comments.

Here's another one that you may get a better response for:
http://www.nps.gov/planning/yell/eis/summary.htm

My server couldn't find http://www.nps.gov/planning/yell/eis/8.htm

It is very easy to write your comments at this site, but there was
another glitch and my comments didn't get accepted. Maybe their "box" is
full.

My comments will be

1. consider as your preferred alternative:
   (a) removal of cattle from public lands surrounding Yellowstone
National Park.
   (b) requiring participation by Montana Fish and Game, and removal of
Dept of Livestock from any direct management role.
   (c) base management decisions on an estimated carrying capacity for
bison in the park AND the surrounding public lands.
   (d) denying snowmobile access for recreational purposes so that trails
leading out of the park are fewer.
2. Consider as your second preferred alternative:
   (a) the same system used at Grand Teton National Park where wild bison
and cattle graze the same land without recrimination.
3. consider as your third most preferred alternative:
   (a) requiring brucellosis vaccination of the cattle on public land.
   (b) herding bison back to park land in lieu of shooting or capturing
and slaughtering them.
   (c) base management decisions on an estimated carrying capacity for
bison in the park AND the surrounding public lands.
   (d) requiring participation by Montana Fish and Game, and removal of
Dept of Livestock from any direct management role.
   (e) denying snowmobile access for recreational purposes so that trails
leading out of the park are fewer.

The form asks if you are with an organization, so please consider getting
your prairie group or whatever to support your comments.
