Re: Maybe the 815 Checkon is split-prone



     It seems silly to worry about an 815 splitting.  Sure, some have split,
but at what......  1200 llbs.  We don't know yet if pumpkins have a
thereshold weight and how much of an increased chance they have of splitting
once they get up near that threshold.  We all know that we have limited time
to grow so to get bigger and bigger they have to grow faster and faster.  I
think this will cause higher splitting rates.  But when a seeds sets a
record, I think it is proven to withstand splits pretty well.
