Re: Clarence New York Weigh-Off September 30, 2000

Gentlemen:

The information I've supplied about the contest in Clarence  is totally about 
pumpkins.  As far as I'm concerned it is the ultimate event for giant pumpkin 
growers with an awesome festival, great venue and huge prize money.  We can 
even through in a "world wonder" next door at Niagara Falls!  I challenge all 
other weigh-off sites to supply their information as well.  You are also 
invited.

When Dan Gardener first started this forum it was to be about the World 
Pumpkin Confederation and pumpkin growing.  It soon came to include other 
organizations and events.  Now, you want to exclude the initial party.  
What's the matter?  I think you should concentrate more on pumpkins yourself! 
 Can we not notify other members about the event; and forgive me, the prize 
money?  I feel I have a right to submit information without this kind of 
feedback.  I'm a grower also; that's how this whole thing got started. Have a 
little respect for one of the founding fathers.
