SMOKIN' SEEDS

Help! Last night i my started my seeds, indoors of course. I usually go
with peat pots, perlite,vermiculite, peat moss. This is then placed in
enclosed area (large cooking basin-
WITHOUT the lid) In close proximity is my grow light for warmth.
This time i put everything in my ice-chest--with grow light inside, and
closed the lid. The seeds were only in there for
24 hours, and quite damp still. however the temp was over 110 deg.
Do you think i cooked them? They immediately went outside to cool
and are now in a happier place.
What was i thinking!!??
