What about Epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate)? I know there are some other
magneium supplements out there but I can't think what they are specifically
right now. The only thing that comes to mind is Epsom salts. (Also will add
some sulfer, but shouldn't really affect pH).

Magnesium Sulfate is the product of reaction of
Magnesium Oxide and Sulfuric Acid. The resulting salt wold have an acidic
reaction since sulfuric acid
is stronger than the Magnesium Oxide or Hydroxide.
It would behave in a similar fashion to Aluminum Sulphate.
Magnesium Carbonate or Acetate would be fairly neutral.
