George: Some boat here due to drifting and tall pine trees to the
south my garden is still full of snow also you are correct the
constant snow cover this winter has insulated the ground and the frost
has not penetrated very deep , this will result in more insects
surviving in the soil ,get ready for a bumper crop of SVB's ,Squash
bugs and cuke beetles.
