Patchwork questions

Deb, the hail didn't hurt anything but a few of the tulips. Our garlic,
a winter crop, is a bumper crop this year, and I just savored the first
of the strawberries. The bottom dumper that left the hail dusted a day's
worth of snow on the mountains, but the relentless sunshine has taken
that too. We weather spotters don't make the weather, we simply call it
as we see it. It's a volunteer gig, but worthwhile since they teach you
stuff.
Having disclaimed my right and ability to do so, here's your weather
forecast: Snow continues turning to mud today, with mud turning to rich
tilthy loam by week's end. Robins on the way, just behind the Easter
Bunnies. Back to the patch. Kathie
