yeah that's the trouble, for a couple of years my idiot neighbor thought

were pretty and let them grow everywhere she didn't have lawn. For a couple
years after that I had a thistle lawn etc. She is up wind. I moved! :-)
Like with any of those nasty weeds that look so pretty, if you let them go
to
seed they multiply a thousand fold or so.... My new neighbors gave up on
growing anything in a garden because anything that tastes good to people
gets
eaten by the deer. Anybody know if deer eat pumpkins? I usually just
plant enough veggies so the wildlife can take half of it (despite my
efforts
to the contrary) and we still have a good yield. With only enough space
here
for 1 big pumpkin, that approach doesn't work....
