Alun...lying flat is the natural way a seed sits when mother nature melts
your squash in the winter and starts the seed in the spring......12 for 12
here in test trials...all twelve were set an inch below the soil in the flat
position....all twelve came up casing-free and undamaged. Perhaps those
dainty little orange ones can't handle life in the real world
