heating cables

I need help getting cables.  Evidently Gurney's isn;t sending me the ones I 
ordered.  I checked CharysGreenhouse.com, and couldn't locate any on that web 
site.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  Thank-you.  Email off list if you 
prefer.
