Re: ph to high, help fast
No "quick" fix to lowering PH, best solution I have found (as my
secondary patch was at 7.5) is to add Aluminum Sulfate. In a seasons
time, it will take it down about a half a point, so I am hoping to be
near 7.0 for next season..
Some type of a sulfur product would be helpful, but contact your local
Agway, or even call your soil testing company, they should have decent
suggestions as to what you need to do. Penn State Ag has always been
very helpful with me whenever i have a question about raising or
lowering levels..
