Now there are many recipes, It would take me a long time to type it out, but
I do know of a recipe that is very close to mine [I am Polish and make the
Authentic Galumki's (there are different ways of spelling it in Polish)] and
that is Martha Stewart's Recipe.  Go to Marthastewart.com (I am not a big
fan of hers, but she is Polish and makes some 'Authentic Polish' recipes
that are very good) and do a search for her 'stuffed cabbage or Galumki
recipe'.  They are excellent!

Let us know if you make them. In my family Galumkis are a traditional Easter
side dish and for special occassions.  I think I am going to be making some
now ... yummmie!
