Re: 712 Kuhn

Gary,
check out my photo gallery on bp.com (Jim B) You will see five off spring from the 712. The Whittier1060,&1130,Kuhn1020,Berard871, and the Carter851 all grown in 2001. 2002 was a much, much hotter and humid summer and many 712's did split at the blossom end. Many did just fine. It could have been the heat and humidity...The seed does have alot of potential. Good luck, Jim Beauchemin-NHGPGA

I am planting the 712Kuhn this year and would like to know a little bit more
about the plant. Looking at the AGGC website, it seems as though there is
alot of UOW's and EST's. Is this pumpkin a splitter? Maybe some growers that
have tried this seed can shed some light on this subject?! How was the plant
and is there some problems with the pumpkins like maybe dill rings or stem
splits? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
