Careful with that, especially depending on how "new" it is. Loaded with Nitrogen, to the point of being overloaded. Makes stuff grow though!

I just had a farmer friend stop by and offer too give give a truck load of
Chicken Manure for my new pumpkin patch. He said it would help increase
growth.
Anyone on this list used it before? My friend is a successful farmer, but
he grows commercial crops of corn, soybeans, etc.
Please let me know what you think. I need to say NO early on, before he
makes all the arrangements. Thanks,
