The $10 version is the one Steve Connolly hands you in person. If you need
it mailed send Steve $11.25 - $10 is still for the disc & $1.25 covers the
postage.

Bigpumpkins.com home page. it states the cost is 10.00 but for a mailed
copy to include 1.25? what is the difference between the mailed copy and the
10.00 version
