Re: Update 4/19/97: Preliminary germination results

You are lucky to get rain. It is warm and sunny here as I pick the last of
my tomatoes and pumpkins. The Southern Pacific Oscillation Index remains in
the negative (a sign of the El Nino) and we havn't seen rain for six weeks.
