Thankyou Ray for getting us that information. The SPGA is gathering all
the southern pumpkin weights as we talk and will list them to the
pumpkin-list today. We are creating a regional Top 50. Jim Asberry, who
died recently, has shown the growers in the south just what can happen
if conditions are right and the right grower plants the seed. His
picture, along with his famous 716 (seed from a package of Dill's AGs)
will grace the cover of the premier issue of SOUTHERN PUMPKINS magazine,
in full color. Duncan has been kind enough to ask the SPGA to have a
page on his net site. Hopefully we can work it out so that all can see
the great Atlantic Giants that are growing in the Southeastern United
States.
