There are going to be two age categories for Rookie of the Year. The
first category is for those growers under 18. In terms of a duo one of
the pair must be under 18, and both growers must have equally shared the
work involved in growiing the pumpkin. In terms of a team ( I am
thinking here about school groups mostly) the average age must be under
18.
The second group is 18 or over and every other rule applies the same.
Here is the clincher. The under 18 group can capture both awards. The 18
and over group cannot.
