Pumpkineers,
Here is the first installment of the PA update.
1. Holland 897 - 4 days, and BAM!! Seed coat is up, and about to come
off as we speak. This seedling is so far ahead of the others, it isnt
funny.
2. Holland 649 - Above ground level, but still not completely exposed.
3. Anderson 815 - Germination is on this seedlings mind, as it has come
through with flying colors so far.. It is just behind the 897 in
developement, and should be with it tomorrow.
4. Anderson 977 - The farthest behind, so far.... I think this guy is
afraid of what is out here in this cool world.. It must be saving up its
energy for delivery, as it has moved some soil in the pot, but not
actually shown me its head yet.. Not worried, as it is moving soil.
Marv, Have you started your seeds yet? Any other Northern growers
starting seeds yet?
