Dan,
I live just south of you, and a big problem around these parts, can be
deer(which have eaten a side of a 300 pound pumpkin at our last contest
over time), moles and mice, (killed Larry Brown's chances with a 798
pounder last year - ate a hole right through to the cavity), and some
have even complained of squirrels. I myself have a few rabbits burrowing
holes in my yard right now, and am a bit nervous about the upcoming
season, with the pumpkin and all..
I have heard lots of remedies, and they all would be listed in the
archives, check them out. Just type in deer, rabbit, squirrel, or
whatever you are looking for.. Good luck and let me know how you made
out.. When are you planting, and what seeds are you putting in?
