Son of Jabba - back from the grave

Last season I reported that a Willy Nilly (Whirlwind) pulled Son of
Jabba from its groing patch in Kawerau on the volcanic plateau. I am
pleased to say that one little bit of Son of Jabba survived and went on
to grow a pumpkin. Although not huge, the pumpkin is around 150 pound
and is maturing so seed will be available in New Zealand next summer.

Watch out Tony.
