HI ALL I AM NEW TO THE LIST-MIKE TURNER IN ENGLAND U.K

HI TO ALL from Mike Turner here in England U.K.
I tried sending this HI ALL e mail to the list on March 27 1999 but i do not 
think that it got included on the list for some reason or another. As I am 
new to the internet and computers I may have made a few mistakes somewhere 
down the line and my message did not compute with the ISP at Mallorn.

Some of you who may be hopefuly reading this may already know me from other 
forms of contact i.e telephone,fax or by letter in the mail. I know that 
there are some of you that have encouraged me to get ON LINE  and now that i 
am i am spending too much time, allbeit enjoyable, on my computer reading all 
of YOUR e mails to the e mail group.

For the benefit of those of you who have never heard of me I will give a 
SHORT description of WHAT i have to do with GIANT PUMPKINS. I am the Chairman 
of what used to be a Membership Giant Pumpkin Growers Society  which sadly 
closed it's membership last December due to the lack of interest and input 
from it's former Members. I run the Society on a strictly name only basis now 
in order to keep the Society name alive for a possible future Giant Pumpkin 
Growers Group that i may set up in the next year or so.

I am a personal Member of the following Groups in the U.S.A & CANADA . 
Ottawa-St.Lawrence Growers, New England Giant Pumpkin Growers Association, 
Pacific Northwest Giant Pumpkin Growers  and also a Group in Australia called 
the Australian Giant Pumpkin And Vegetable Society. I may also be a Member of 
several other Groups in the U.S.A & CANADA but cannot remember who right now 
therfor if you are reading this e mail and I owe any dues to a Group that you 
may be involved in please let me know as soon as possible.

Thats all for now and in closing i must say how much i have enjoyed reading e 
mails posted on the list since i subscribed. I look forward to reading many 
more and maybe some of you may want to post an e mail on the list for my 
attention. Alternativley you can e mail me privatly at MTu4639875@aol.com, 
typing in the subject box HI MIKE IT IS ...........(your name)
