Yep, it is called compost. Seriously, thatis the best thing you can use which
is packed with about every beneficial microbe you could ever want.
I am not sure if you are talking about organisms in particular to control
pests, but for that, there are beneficial nematodes which control all sorts
of soil pests, etc.
