Cool. Glad to know I have an impact somewhere in the pumpkin work ;-) I'll
keep checking back as you make progress filling in some to the photos and
links.

Tell us more about the video. Will it be a compilation of the seasons
efforts that we could get a copy of at the end of the season?

Don't sell yourself short. Even amateur pumpkin video is of interest to a
lot of us, giving some extra insight into how you might do things that the
text and photos don't always bring across. Besides, it would be nice just
to see you giving us a tour of your patch.

Keep us posted . I've got two plants out in cold frames with heaters now.
The second one was quickly put together with and old sawhorse and some
tenplast (corrugated plastic) sheeting tonight after supper. I want to
build some "real" cold frames but time is not on my side here and the plants
are going to get rootbound. The temporary cold frames will let me but some
time. The Sproule 968 went out on the 24th (in a real cold frame with an
automatic opener), and the sawhorse speical went out tonight with a
Kournikakis 508 that looks like its going to vine soon.
I hope to have some new picture sometime on the weekend to post on the site.
