Polly we started a small weigh-off in a small town at our local fair. We
coughed up the cash the first season and got sponsers the second season. You
might be able to talk supermarkets into sponsering if they can use the pumpkins
for display for a while.....Or you talk folks into sponsering if you can
advertise there business.....just some ideas....good luck..MB
