Borers, Hail, & Wind

Help, first year grower in need assistance.  We had a nasty thunderstorm that moved some vines around.  I moved the vines back in place, but they are laying on their sides, will they stand back up????    I found one vine borer that I missed as an egg or moth, and the thing is in my vine.  It was not there yesterday.  I sprayed a VERY small amount of VERY dilute solution of Sevin into the hole, hopefully this will take care of the problem.  Any advice?
