I forgot to mention that you strain the stuff 
before you put it into the bucket.  that way
it is all liquid and there aren't food chunks.
I think that keeps the critters away ??

#'s shumbers... who cares as long as it works right ?
If i has easy access to sea weed i'd throw some of
that in there too !   why pay $$$ for jugs of stuff if
i can make it myself at home with cheap stuff ? 
is it possible to put down to much natural stuff like
that ?

Wood ashes are super high in potassium (hence the term
"Potash").

I wouldn't put the other stuff in my garden
uncomposted.  You will probably
attract a lots of ants and maybe some skunks or other
garbage lovers.
