"Safeway World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off" at

Date this year is October 9 (always on Columbus Day) followed
by the Pumpkin Festival, October 14-15.
With the support of our sponsors, we've increased the prize money
and are also offering a brand new Ford F-250 pick-up truck to anyone
who sets a new world record at our weigh-off.
