I must have thrown last years pumpkin in the backyard. It is sandy soil but
before we knew anything was there it became our new compost pile of grass
clippings. We noticed something growing in july thought it was a squash
plant, Then thought maybe watermelon, know we aresure it is pumpkins. Some
are bigger then basketballs and a very dark green color.
With all that said I ask what do I do? I read a few pages about turning
slowly so vines don't crack. I'm not sure if i want to disturb them because
they are growing so well I think.
I live in MA new the cranberry areas of plymouth. I'm afraid They won't turn
orange in time. HELP! Any advise will e taken it is a promise. Thanks for
your time and I hope i wasn't to windy.
Casey
