Ladies & Gentlemen
The weather in northern Indiana has been hot and
humid lately and my plant is showing some stress, especially under my pumpkin
covers. Days have been 85+ and nights have been low in upper
60's or low 70's. The last four mornings have been foggy. My
leaves are turning yellow, curling up, turning brown and dying. The stems
turn yellow and rot back to the main vine. The main vines appear to be OK
at the moment. I am using an ORTHO Fungicide blend for all vegetables and
have been applying as directed, yet the leaves are still going. The leaves
appear to have a white mold on the undersides. Any
suggestions? My fruit is at an estimated 310 pounds and gaining 14-22
pounds daily.
